Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

• International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and selected international destinations. Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at propheticreignshop @ gmail dot com  within 7 days of receiving the order. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
