Refund/Exchange/Quality Guarantee Policy

Prophetic Reign Apparel and Gifts: Refund & Exchange Policy  

At Prophetic Reign Apparel and Gifts, all of our items are Print-on-Demand (POD). Unlike traditional retail stores, each product is custom-made specifically for you the moment you place your order. Because of this personalized process, we must adhere to the following policies:

Exchanges & Returns (Buyer's Remorse)

We are unable to support returns or refunds for "buyer's remorse" or customer errors, which include:

  • Wrong Size/Color Ordered: Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot "restock" items that were ordered in the incorrect size or color.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or disposed of by the carrier, the cost of a replacement order will not be covered.

  • Unclaimed Packages: We do not offer refunds for packages that are returned to the facility because they were unclaimed at a local post office or carrier point.

Quality Guarantee & 30-Day Policy

While we cannot offer returns for personal preferences, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 30-day Quality Guarantee for errors made during production or shipping. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement for:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Items that arrive torn, broken, or with manufacturing defects.

  • Print Quality Issues: Significant blurred images, ink smudges, or prints that do not match the intended design (within reasonable color tolerance).

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive the wrong size, color, or a completely different product than what was ordered.

  • Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (reports must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date).

Mandatory Requirements for Claims

To process a quality claim, clear photos are mandatory. You must provide photos of:

  1. The damaged or defective product.

  2. The shipping packaging (in some cases).

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Disclosure

Standard Policy: Under European Union consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This "cooling-off" period requires that the item be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

Exclusion for Made-to-Order Goods: Please be advised that the products in this store are Print-on-Demand items, meaning they are custom-manufactured and printed specifically for you upon the placement of your order.

  • According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Because our items are created to your specifications (choice of design, garment type, color, and size), [Prophetic Reign Apparel and Gifts] does not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or incorrect sizing once the production process has begun.

Defective or Damaged Goods: The above exclusion does not affect your legal rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly described items. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, provided you report the issue within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

If a refund is warranted due to a proven Quality Guarantee issues, we will notify you once we’ve processed your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
